how to send email to members using announcement module?
To send email via announcement module follow below steps
1st step: type a message you want to convey in your mail in announcement message box
2nd step: select member option as shown below.
3rd step: select department of those members
4th step: if you want to send to specific members then you can enter those members name in members column.
if you want to send it to whole department then you don't have to enter anything in member column.
5th step: select option of send email and submit it.
